Basketball Drills 3: Advance Shooting ( Finger Roll and Hook Shot ) by Bill Walton
Basketball Signature Moves 28: Kobe Bryant's Pump Fake Pivot Jump Shot
"Don't let great defense stop you. Exploit tight coverage with fakes and spins to get the looks you want. "
- "Triple threat position
The triple threat position gives you a starting point for a range of options: shooting, passing and driving. Get into the triple threat position to face up your defender. - Jab step
Use the jab set to create space and your defender's reaction. While maintaining your pivot foot make quick step motions with your other foot to back them up or throw them off balance. You can also fake passes or fake shots to get the extra edge you need to set up your play. - Drive-by
Once your defender is shaken by the jab step take it to the hole strong, watching for backup defenders who might close in. - Pump fake & pivot
If your defender is able to recover and get back in position or if help moves in to cover, beat them with a sudden stop and a strong pump fake. The fake will get the defender in the air for the block or put him off balance enough to use your pivot foot to spin around him. After the pivot you should be open to take the shot or pass to an open man. "

Basketball Signature Moves 2: Michael Jordan's Fadeaway
For all you "shooter" out there, you should learn to incorporate fadeaway to your game. Instead of playing only as a spot up shooter, why not expand your game and learn to create your own shot.
My suggestion is for you to first practice shooting while you are jumping backward. If you like challenge, you may also try shooting while you are jumping leftward or rightward. I know this is not easy, but this is very important because this will train you to shoot while you are moving. I think being a non stationary shooter (being able to shoot on the move) is what separates good shooter from great shooter. Start shooting from close to the basket first. After you knock down several shots, then move further away from the basket.
Here are tutorial videos on how to do fadeaway from the master himself
